RATE DEFINITION
Consortium Rate: The Continuing Education Unlimited Consortium was designed to provide healthcare professionals and their facilities group discounts toward their tuition. It costs you nothing to join- your membership is secured by simply registering for 5 or more Motivations, Inc. courses in one calendar year. Any attendees from your group, any course, any location, whether your facility pays or you do. Please call or email Motivations, Inc. to set up your group registration. You can start saving $100 off each course today!
Association Rate: Members of any professional rehabilitation organization are eligible for this discount. (i.e. APTA, AOTA, ASHA, NATA, ATRI, etc.)
Individual Rate: If you only want to attend one course this year - this rate applies to you.
Registration Options:
You may register for a course by submitting the registration form from the brochure found on each course page by fax, phone or Postal Mail. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card, personal checks and purchase orders.
Cancellation Policy:
Live Seminars: Motivations, Inc. reserves the right to cancel a course up to 14 days prior to the course, with full refund, if insufficient numbers of participants have registered for the course. Registrants may cancel up to 14 days prior to the course and transfer their tuition to any Motivations, Inc. course, or receive a full refund. Any cancellations within two weeks prior to the course will receive a refund less $100 for administrative costs.
Self Study Courses: Motivations, Inc. reserves the right to remove a self study course from our listing of options. Should you have already registered for an inactive self study course, you will receive a full refund. Participants may receive full refunds when requesting cancellation before the shipment of course materials. |
