# 120 Dr. Eric Wilson’s M.O.R.E. Course ... Master Orthopedic Rehabilitation Effectively

The purpose of this course is to provide the attendee with the knowledge and hands-on skills to maximize their efficiency and effectiveness for patients with common, yet challenging, musculoskeletal diagnoses.  This course maximizes proctored repetitions of hands-on skills upon a foundation built on evidence-based practice. Instead of learning dozens of skills that are not remembered on Monday, this course teaches the most efficient and effective diagnostic and treatment techniques that are repeated throughout the course. This provides the attendee the confidence to immediately apply them with their patients while understanding the “why” and the “when” of application based on the most current peer-reviewed evidence.

Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPGs) will be covered. However, where the CPGs are often vague as to the specific parameters for applying the evidence, this course will dig into the weeds – providing the attendee with the specifics needed to optimize their practice.

Conditions covered will be:

•            Chronic Low Back Pain: this is the leading cause of years lived with disability and accounts for more than 264 million lost workdays per year.

•            Cervical Radiculopathy: sometimes difficult to distinguish between this and other conditions that refer symptoms   into the upper extremity.

•            Rotator Cuff Tendinopathy

•            Hip Osteoarthritis: 7.5% annual incidence in USA

•            Knee Osteoarthritis: 10-13% annual incidence in USA

An investment in this course, is expected to lead to effective orthopedic rehab results for increased patient recommendations to your practice.
